Terms of Use

What we are

We are a discovery platform that showcases handmade products from independent Indian makers and connects buyers to them over WhatsApp. We are not a party to the sale. All orders, payments, and delivery are arranged directly between the buyer and the maker.

For buyers

• Product details, prices, and availability are set by each maker and may change.
• Because purchases happen directly with the maker over WhatsApp, any questions about an order, refunds, or delivery are between you and that maker. Please agree on the details before you pay.

For creators

• You must have the right to sell what you list, and your listings must be accurate.
• List only genuine handmade (or handmade-to-order) products. No counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders, honouring your prices, and your own taxes.
• We review new stores before they go live and may remove any content or account that breaks these terms.

Content

Creators keep ownership of the content they upload and grant us permission to display it on the platform to promote their store and products.

Liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for transactions between buyers and makers, or for any loss arising from use of the site.
